Abstract Presentation

Abstract Competition Date and Time:
13^th June 2023 (Tuesday) at 13:30~16:30

1. Posting time: 08:00~10:00 (Poster presentation)
2. Archive time: 10:00~13:00 (Oral presentation)
3. Reporting time: 13:00~13:30
4. Presentation time: 13:30~16:30
5. Award Ceremony: 16:30~17:00

Oral Presentation of Abstract

1. Both English and Mandarin are acceptable for oral presentation.
2. Every presentation is given 12 minutes and 3 minutes for Q&A (Bell will ring once at 10 minutes mark, and ring twice at 12 minutes to end the presentation).
3. Please use Microsoft Office PowerPoint for slideshow, do not use other software.
4. Please save the relevant file in a flash drive and hand it over to the conference staff at each reporting venue before 13:00 on the reporting day.
5. Scoring criteria:
   60% – Content (including innovation, practicality, completeness and thoroughness)
   20% – Answering questions
   10% – Time management
   10% – Demeanor and appearance

Poster Presentation of Abstract

1. Both English and Mandarin are acceptable for poster presentation.
2. Every presentation is given 5 minutes.
3. Please print the poster and bring along as it is carried out in physical form.
4. Poster size: A0 Size (H1189mm x W841mm)
5. The size of figures and text in the poster should be readable clearly. The recommended size of the chart explanation text should not be less than font size 24.
6. Scoring criteria:
   60% – Content (Creativity, attractiveness, applicability and comprehensibility)
   30% – Overall design (poster layout, aesthetics and colors)
   10% – Student response performance (understanding of topic and communication skills)
