Reporting time:

12^th June 2023 (Monday) – 08:30~17:00, registration starts at 08:00
13^th June 2023 (Tuesday) – 08:30~17:00, registration starts at 08:00

Please provide your registered number to the registration counter when you arrive to reduce waiting time. You will receive a nametag, brochures and meal coupons.
The meal coupons will indicate the meal collection points and dining area.

Venue of the Seminar:
Hungkuang University,
Block L (Arts, Humanities and Management Building), Level 1
International Conference Hall

Carpark information:
For motorcycles – Parking lot P14 (outside of school compound)
For cars – Parking lot P10 (school sports field)
*Do note that Hungkuang University serves one-way lane. Please show “Vehicle Permit” before entering the school.

Abstract Competition Date and Time:

Registration time: 13:00pm to 13:30pm

Award Ceremony: 16:30pm to 17:00pm
